My New Canvas and a Special!

My canvas is here…I’m in love!!   I got it in a 24×36 and I’m so glad I decided to go bigger as it would have gotten lost on my fireplace!   The ones below it (0lder shots) are 12×12…amazing how small they really look.   I always encourage people to go bigger then you think as I think of portraits of my kids as artwork and artwork is meant to make a statement…something small prints don’t do.

July 8, 2008 - 1:13 pm eileen - I'm impressed...you have lovely candles in your fireplace. Mine has a basket of toys in there. I love that shot of the kids..I agree..you should always get a size bigger than you are planning on getting. In the long run you don't regret it. What I love about the canvases is that they are ready to hang, and lightweight. So, to be able to skip the frame/glass and all that - it really is quite worth the money!
